Don't waste time in other shops and come to Ramesh Jewellers! Received amazing Service from start to finish from Raj and Rav in making my wife's bespoke ring. After trying many shops in Southall it was clear to me that Ramesh Jewellers was the clear winner! The process from start to finish was smooth a clear. From bringing my idea to them I received a beautiful CAD design of my ring which showed exactly how my ring would turn out and I was not disappointed! The finishing of the ring was amazing and my wife loved the big sparkling diamond! We was provided with a certificate and we will be definitely coming back for our wedding bands. Thanks again to the whole team for providing us with unrivalled service and a beautiful ring!

Brought a lovely ring for myself at Ramesh jewellers. Every month I would come pay off the remaining balance until I paid off in full. Raj has been absolutely lovely through the whole process especially was accommodating and friendly. I finally paid off and now am a proud owner of a beautiful diamond ring.

I was recommended to visit Ramesh Jewellers for an engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancé. There I met Ravi who listened to what design I had in mind and guided me throughout the whole process. He was very helpful and honest about giving his expert opinion around the design and material and in fact also helped me select an engagement ring for myself. Ravi kept me updated throughout the manufacturing of my ring and got it all made within a matter of a few weeks!
The entire team at Ramesh Jewellers were welcoming to me and my family and have always given me great competitive prices. I don't go anywhere else!

Me and my wife to be were looking for a wedding ring for sometime. We had visited every jewellery shop in southall and were exhausted. We stumbled across Ramesh Jewellers and were very intrigued by their collection. Ravi, who I believe is the owner educated us on everything we needed to know. He was very accommodating, helpful and was not pushy at all. We decided to place an order for a custom wedding ring for my wife to be. He kept me updated and informed of my order all the way through and delivered on the given time. Absolutely brilliant customer service and will be my go to place for jewellery from now on. A truly great jeweller with no hidden cost and goes above and beyond to get the ring / item of jewellery which you need. In Southall you have many jewellers, but Ramesh Jewellers gave me the best experience. Customer service was 10/10, did not try and sell me something which was outside of my budget and gave me good advice and knowledge I will refer to when making any jewellery purchase. Give them your budget and a realistic time frame and they deliver. I personally bought a engagement ring and not only was it on time but built to my specification with some bespoke touched. Nothing I said was a challenge to them and they were in constant communication with me throughout the process. Please visit as they was the best jewellers I used.

Amazing service! I have been coming back to Ramesh for a few years now. From my own wedding ring to wedding jewellery to bringing my parents to purchase their jewellery! I only choose to visit Ramesh purely for the amazing customer service. The whole team at Ramesh Jewellers have been my families trusted source for many years. Rav and Raj recently made a personalised platinum diamond ring from a design I supplied-the final product was spot on! It came with a GIA authenticity certificate and at a fraction of the price elsewhere! Their patience, perseverance and knowledge is above all.

I cannot recommend Ramesh Jewellers enough. Rav and Raj are both very welcoming, knowledgeable and honestly really care about providing a great customer service.
They provide a no pressure environment and give great advice and idea's to really make any piece of jewelry stand out. The customer service doesn't just extend to the purchase but their after sales customer service is excellent providing cleaning services for rings etc.
When we initially came to the shop Rav listened to our ideas in terms of designs and requirements and provided really valuable feedback / advice throughout the process. Once we had agreed on the design, Rav produced CAD drawings of the ring and genuinely spent time to really ensure he was trying to find me the best value possible (I have had it in the past where others are just interested in closing out the sale instead of providing value), providing different options and then helping me to critically analyse the pro and cons of the them. Once we settled on the diamond again the communication was flawless letting me know every step of the way where the diamond was and an eta for collection.
These guys are really at the top of their game and in my opinion offer great value coupled with great customer service. I would have absolutely no issues recommending them to friends and family.

As jewellery has such sentimental value, I took a while to check out a few jewellers before deciding where to have some earrings set and items repaired. Raj and his team were immediately welcoming, friendly and professional - just what I was looking for! I felt like my pieces were in safe hands and I wasn’t wrong; The earrings have been beautifully set and returned in under a week. My repairs were done on the spot and very reasonable! A brilliant, flexible and reliable jewellers in Southall.
Some years ago, I purchased an engagement ring for my wife from Ramesh Jewellers. When we walked into the store, we were treated with an excellent level of care.
Unfortunately years on, I'd lost my wife's beloved engagement ring. Upset as she was, she waited patiently whilst I was overwhelmed with guilt. I needed to to get her ring back.
I decides to drive an hour and a half to Ramesh Jewellers, equipped with pictures and wedding band I bought from them too. I explained the situation to Rav and he reassured me that they'd be able to recreate the same ring. He was hopeful that it would be as close to the original as possible. I left a deposit, allowing them to get to work.
The ring was made within weeks and I was invited to inspect it. I identified a slight tweak that was needed. Without a fuss, Rav was quite happy to have adjustments made to the ring.
Finally, though prices for the materials had risen, they did his best with pricing. I was extended pleased. I really hope they continue to do well - they are a fantastic family business. I'll be using them again soon!

Having bought our wedding bands from Ramesh Jewellers I can say they have an exceptional service from begging to the end. We chose our rings and received our last fittings within a week of placing our order. We were also looked after on the price and couldn’t complain for the quality of bands we chose.
