CAD/CAM Design of the ring:

Ramesh Jewellers has incorporated the use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) into our bespoke services to ensure we maintain complete control over the design and manufacturing of your bespoke jewellery piece. By managing this process in-house, we eliminate third parties and unnecessary overhead costs, ensuring you receive exceptional value and quality.

Using CAD within the bespoke design process allows our designers to view and refine your piece from a wide variety of perspectives, ensuring you are fully satisfied with the final design. By integrating CAM into the process, we are able to create prototypes for your review, allowing any adjustments to be made based on your feedback before the final piece is crafted.

Initial Consultation:

Visit our store in Southall or book your initial consultation online, where we will discuss your vision for your bespoke piece. Whether you have a complete design in mind or simply know that you want something unique, we will work together to bring your ideas to life.

Our collection of personalised and unique designs can also provide inspiration and guidance if you are unsure of the exact style you would like.

1. Choose your specifications

Once we understand your vision for the bespoke piece, our 50 years of experience in bespoke jewellery will help guide you towards the most suitable specifications.

During this stage, we will determine the appropriate size, diamond or gemstone selection, carat weight, colour, and clarity for your design. This ensures that every specification works harmoniously together to create a piece of the highest quality.

2. Creating your ring:

Working in partnership with AG Gerstner, Germany’s largest wedding ring manufacturer, we ensure that our rings meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

All of our rings are custom-made by skilled craftsmen who bring decades of expertise to every detail. When creating a bespoke piece, you have full control over your metal choice, ring size, ring weight, and ring height, while also receiving expert recommendations from our team to help you achieve the perfect design.
