CAD/CAM Design of the ring:

Ramesh Jewellers have incorporated the use of Computer Aided Manufacturing and Computer Aided Design into our Bespoke Services to ensure that we are in full control of the designing and manufacturing of your bespoke product. This therefore eliminates third parties and overhead costs, which ensure you are getting the best value product for the price you are paying.

Enabling CAD in the bespoke design process allows us as designers to view the bespoke item under a wide variety of representatives, which ensures that you are completely satisfied with the finished design. By integrating CAM into our bespoke design process, we enable the creation of prototypes to be reviewed upon your inspection and therefore any alterations can be carried out, in accordance with your feedback.

Whether you have a complete idea of what you want designed or whether you just know you want something unique, we will work together to achieve your wishes. Our selection of unique and personalised designs that we have to offer can be used to provide guidance and inspiration if you are unsure as to what you would like.

1. Choose your specifications

After understanding what you foresee for your bespoke piece, our 50 years experience in the bespoke jewellery business will enable the most suitable specifications to be met, in co-ordination with one another. At this step, we can clarify the size, diamond, gemstone, carat, colour and clarity of your unique designs and ensure that the specifications are all in line with one another to guarantee the highest standard bespoke order.

Working in conjunction with our partners AG Gerstner, who are Germany’s largest wedding ring manufacturer, our rings ensure the highest quality and standard. All our rings are custom-made by our craftsmen who have enlisted 50 years experience going into every detail, to guarantee the highest standard outcome for you and your partner. When creating a bespoke piece, you have complete control over your preferred metal choice, ring size, ring weight and ring height, alongside our recommendations and guidance of the most suitable pieces.
